I sewed the bottom row of squares together and started on the middle row. Some of the flowers will get more definition from quilting and some will have features, like stamens, added through embroidery.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2009 Westminster Quilt Show on October 17-18, 2009 in Westminster, Vermont. Its success would not have been possible without the efforts of nearly 100 volunteers and close to the same number of quilts displayed in the various exhibits. The feedback from attendees was very very positive!
Please keep in mind that all show proceeds benefit Westminster Cares, a small nonprofit serving seniors and disabled adults in the Town of Westminster.
